Welcome back!
TBC (tobeconscious)
“Compassionate, Insightful, Creative, Supportive.” Though these are words used by my clients to describe me on a recent questionnaire, I mostly see myself as an individual who is deeply curious about the stories that inform our lives and how we define those experiences in ways that feel purposeful and empowering rather than stifling and oppressive. For as long as I can remember, I have always felt a gravitational pull toward self-inquiry, dialogue, people, writing and music. That each of these first loves would influence the work I do today with clients and how they experience me is like one gigantic and fascinating mirror.
As a Certified Holistic Counselor, Entrepreneur, Musician and Writer, I have not followed a conventional career path. Creating a lifestyle that allows me to balance these roles equally, in a manner that is singularly reflective of my deepest passions, has been one of my greatest challenges. Yet, it has been similarly rewarding. The imagination and gumption necessary to develop and maintain such a broad self-concept is a gift; and one I love passing along to my clients who also happen to be multi-disciplinarian.
Although originally majoring in psychology and following a more traditional academic path early on, my greatest education has come from a personal commitment to non-traditional and interdisciplinary study coupled with my relentless appetite for reading the work of great thinkers, my submersion in evocative art of all disciplines and finally my certification in a metaphysically based counseling model called C.O.R.E counseling. It is fair to say that my work as both counselor and artist in the world have been equally informed by the other as well as shaped by the personal losses, challenges and tragedies I’ve faced and overcome.
In many ways, I view the process of healing and creating as the same channel. They are both non-biased containers that require a kind of emptying and only need the essential. To give one’s self wholly to either is to step out of the way and allow what is pure and unaffected to spring forth. I wholeheartedly believe that the creative process affirms the human potential to transcend pain.
The TBC (tobeconscious) method is a transformative process based on self-inquiry, symbolic thinking, and a passionate commitment to reframing how you see ourselves and our lives. It is asking of ourselves, who have I been, who am I now, really, and who do I choose to be?
The TBC process is creative, intuitive, and compassionate. Consistent with Jungian psychology, Eastern Philosophy and leading studies in the fields of Metaphysics and Quantum Physics, the TBC process is soulful, provocative and cognitive. It is always highly imaginative and metaphorical with reframing as the greatest tool. My clients are those who want to be present, accountable, and active participants in the re-creation of their lives. Sessions are private, weekly and ongoing based on how the process evolves and signals its own conclusion.

Creating Tomorrow
The Leadership Consultancy

Creating Tomorrow is a consultancy established by Trina E. Roach, an executive and business coach, leadership and communications skills trainer, and HR development consultant.
In her work, Trina facilitates leadership breakthroughs by supporting (tomorrow’s) entrepreneurs and executives as they discover and consciously develop their Authentic Leadership Competencies.
Her portfolio includes individual and team coaching for women of color, as well as diversity management training and consulting for small and mid-sized companies.
Based in Germany, Trina E. Roach provides executive and career coaching services in the form of individual (phone) coaching sessions, professional and team coaching circles, and a coaching hotline via her company, CREATING TOMORROW: The Leadership Consultancy.

Her practice-oriented, experiential Authentic Presentation Personality TM workshops focus on helping participants discover and further develop their power as (great!) presenters. In addition to an overall introduction to the psychology of presenting, Trina’s workshop series emphasizes how the presenter proactively shapes their feedback environment, as well as successfully adapts the content and style of their presentation to meet the needs and wants of their audience. She also coaches people who present regularly in English though it is not their native language.
Trina’s leadership skills series “Discover your Authentic Leadership Competencies TM ” provides participants with a platform to uncover the strengths of their individual leadership style and develop strategies for applying it best to their specific work situation. This not only includes establishing an understanding of the concept of leadership, but also such essential leadership functions as diversity management, bold recruiting/hiring, and effective employee evaluations.
A great believer in the power of technology to enhance both the effectiveness and efficiency of professional training and development, Trina also offers a selection of teleseminars, webinars and preview events to familiarize you with her leadership and presentation topics, and to strengthen your theoretical knowledge on the subjects.
All services Trina offers are offered in both English and German upon request. Phone coaching sessions and teleseminars are available to interested parties throughout Europe and the USA.

Pretty Africa
My name is Sandra Aya. I am an attorney, by training, but I have always LOVED fashion and had a particular affinity for accessories. From childhood, I have assisted my mother, Madam Theresa, in creating and designing jewelry, clothing and home fashions.
In July 2007, I decided to stop buying accessories and start making (and wearing) my own. Many people started asking me where I got those earrings or that bracelet and when I said I made them myself, that led to a number of special orders, which in turn led to the founding of Pretty Afrika.

I make one-of-a-kind, limited edition and custom jewelry. My pieces are fun, funky and sometimes chunky. The inspiration for my designs come from many places. People walking on the street, the way a tree sways in the wind. I love beautiful and bold colors.
I strive to create original pieces that are affordable and will be conversation pieces.
I have a partnership with my mother, (please visit her site at www.creativenubians.com ) that we call An Accessorized Collaboration.
