Here we will highlight the black women around the world who are who are leading their countries as Heads of State, and who are serving their countries in the role of First Lady.
You are encouraged to add the names of the ladies you know who fit these categories via a comment here to make sure that we include all of these extraordinary ladies who once lived seemingly ordinary lives.
